Peace Youth
Grades 6th+
Peace Youth is for kids who are in sixth grade and above. Peace Youth meets on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 - 8:30 PM, year-round, with exceptions for the first week of School, Thanksgiving week, Winter Break, Spring Break, Holy Week, and the week of July 4th. In other words, if it's a Wednesday evening, there's a good chance we are holding Peace Youth!

Peace Youth focus on building relationships, learning about scripture and faith, and discussing the lives of the participants. Peace Youth also go on various outings throughout the year, hold lock-ins, and help lead Youth Worships. Peace Youth also have the chance to attend Bible Camps and ministry activities with other Lutheran congregations around Billings.

Our hope for Peace Youth is that kids have fun, learn about the bible and faith, and build relationships with one another and with staff and volunteers at the church. We seek to enrich youths' lives by exploring how faith can be fun and welcoming questions and conversations about how God is working in our lives.

Peace Youth joined other Lutheran Youth in Billings to help clean up around the Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter.
Peace Youth helped put on a Christmas Program called "The Nativity Express." Some had speaking parts, others helped the littler kids get to where they needed to be.
