Parents of Peace
For Families of all Ages,
Especially Those with Young Children
Parents of Peace grew out of a need for families with young children to build relationship and connection with one another. Beginning in February 2023, this group has met twice-monthly over the last few years.

Parents of Peace meets for a family fun event on the first Sunday afternoon of the month*. The group has gone fishing together, attended Billings Mustangs baseball games, hiked, explored Zoo Montana, met at members' homes for cookouts, made gingerbread houses, gone trick-or-treating together, and many other seasonally-appropriate family activities.

Parents of Peace also meets on the third Thursday of the month* for dinner and fellowship time. After dinner, the children are taken with babysitters to the nursery and the parents have an opportunity to talk about life and the joys and struggles of parenting.

The group also hosts various other activities outside of this twice-a-month schedule. Parents have gone to see movies together, joined for playdates at various parks, and done youth sports and swimming lessons together.

The purpose of Parents of Peace is to build community and help our children feel comfortable with other people of faith. We would love to bring you, your family, and your kids into the fold!
