ABOUT PEACE LUTHERAN
On October 3rd, 1949, Peace Lutheran was organized as a home mission project to reach out to the northwest outskirts of Billings. Back in 1951, when the congregation constructed its first church building on the 700 block of Avenue D, the church sat on the edge of town. After members of the church outgrew the little chapel, land was purchased and a new church was built at 1301 Avenue D.
Will was called to serve at Peace in 2011. He is spoiled to get to walk with the people of Peace as we Rejoice, Renew, and Reach Out for the sake of God's love in the world.
Intern Pastor Melissa joined us in August of 2019 and will be with us until July of 2020. She loves Jesus, biking, and all things outdoors!
Dean has served as the office manager at Peace since December 2003. He is the welcoming face and voice of our office for all your inquiries. If you have a question, odds are he has the answer.
Vanessa joined Peace as the Youth Director in 2014. She has a huge heart for children and youth. She's the coolest around!
